⭕NEED BASIC INSTALLATION because the items are packed in a box to prevent scratches and damages during the delivery process.
⭕ YOU WILL BE NEEDED AIR PUMP, ALLEN KEY AND SPANNER to assemble this bike completely!
⭕MANUALS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Please contact us if there are any problem during installation. Can also watch videos on YouTube because our items only need the same basic installation as other brands.
⭕IF THE TIRES ARE FOUND LOOPING, you have to take your bicycle to the nearest bicycle shop for chain and tyre setting. All new bicycle needs to do this setting if they loop. NOT BECAUSE OF CROOKED/BROKEN RIM.

⭕Please contact us immediately before you give us rating if the item is received in severe damage or lost. Send us the photo of the damage as well as the waybill and WE WILL BE COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE AND GIVE YOU A FREE REPLACEMENT! If you have rated us then only contact us for replacement, you will not be entertained.
⭕Items will be posted out in 1-2 days after payment is made before 5PM.
