PREPARATION (INCLUDED AT THE BACK OF PACKAGING)
Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry frozen fish for 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown
Preheat oven to 220°C
Place frozen fish on a baking rack and bake for 12 – 14 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking
Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 6 – 8 minutes or until golden brown
To store at or below -18°C
Do not re-freeze once thawed
